1. Attach the chain to one end of the bead with an open ring. On the free end of the chain, thread the stem with the freshwater pearl.

2. Then take an open ring to hang the sequin/medal to be engraved on the bead ring, Thread the flat freshwater pearl onto a flat-headed rod, then pass the rod through the ring of the bead ring 

3. Finally, attach a spring clasp to the other end of the bead ring, and you have your unique bracelet.

- You can of course change the charms and beads as you wish
