Preparation and Shipping of orders
- All orders are prepared under 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- According to the availability of articles, shipping can be done in one or more packages.
Delivery Methods
We ship with the following carriers:
- Letter and Tracked Mail - France, delivery to mailbox - No Poste Restante
- Tracked mail from Le Monde : DOM TOM & International, delivery to mailbox
- Colissimo : France & international, with/without signature or pickup point
- Mondial Relay/InPost : France & certain European countries, in relay point
- DHL Express : France & international, fast delivery against signature
Each order has a tracking number, visible in your client area here and sent by email upon shipment.
Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and vary according to the total weight of your package, with free delivery possible from a minimum order amount (excluding shipping costs), depending on the destination and chosen carrier.
The indicative deadlines shown in the table below are the transport times (outside preparation time of 24 to 48 business hours).

Of customs duties and/or local taxes may apply upon arrival according to the legislation of the destination country (at the customer's expense).
**The delivery times indicated are estimates and do not include any additional time that may be caused by customs inspections.
⚠️ Delays & claims
- The above deadlines are area codes and do not take into account any possible customs controls.
- In case of delay of more than 3 business days compared to the indicative deadlines, check the tracking and contact your local post office / relay point. If necessary, you can contact our customer service by email: [email protected] by providing us with your order reference. We will then open a survey with the carrier (investigation period 5 to 30 days depending on destination).
- For shipments without signature, if the tracking indicates "Distributed/Delivered", no compensation can be claimed without the option ofinsurance advance requested and paid by the client.

Shipments to the United States are currently suspended due to new customs regulations.
