What is a Topaz Stone?

Topaz is a fine stone (formerly known as a "semi-precious stone"). It is a gemstone that comes in many colors, although the most well-known is light blue. It is often of extreme purity, and the way it is cut should enhance its color and highlight its brilliance. Highly faceted cuts like briolette suit it perfectly.
